Kling Nuts (OPC) Private Limited owns and operates this website. All references to “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Kling Nuts. By using our site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable Indian laws.
2. Product Information
All products are made using 100% natural ingredients and may vary in texture, color, or aroma due to natural variations. Each product is packed fresh and handled with utmost care.
3. Orders & Payments
– All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes.
– Orders are processed only after successful payment.
– We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or payment failure.
4. Shipping & Delivery
– Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement.
– Delivery is completed within 3–7 business days, depending on location & courier service.
– Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to external factors.
5. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed and processed, cancellations are not allowed. Please review all details carefully before checkout.
6. Refund & Replacement Policy
48-Hour Satisfaction Refund
If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a refund within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer care team on WhatsApp.

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days to the original payment method after verification and pick up.
⚠ Refund Not Applicable For:
– Products (consumed more than 10%)
– Incorrect storage or handling after delivery
– Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
Replacement for Damaged / Leaked / Expired Items
Replacement is applicable only if:
– Product is physically damaged or leaked during transit
– Product is expired or near expiry at the time of delivery
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of packaging and product.
If approved, replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days, or a credit note may be issued in case of stock unavailability.
7. Intellectual Property
All packaging designs, product photos, text, content, logos, and website visuals belong to Kling Nuts (OPC) Private Limited and are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reuse or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kling Nuts is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage. Our products are intended for general wellness and are not medical substitutes.
9. Privacy
Customer information collected on our website is used exclusively for:

– Delivery and communication
– Service improvement
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
