1. 48-Hour Hassle-Free Refund Policy
If you are not happy with the product, you may request a refund within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our Customer Care team on WhatsApp.

Refund Conditions
Eligible when:
•You are unsatisfied with product quality, taste, or experience.
•The product was delivered incorrectly.
Refund will be processed after verification within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.
⚠ Not eligible for refund if:
– The product is consumed more than 10%
– Request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
– Damages occur after delivery due to incorrect storage
2. Replacement Policy (for damaged / leaked / expired items)
You are eligible for a free replacement if:
•The product is physically damaged or leaked during delivery
•The product received is expired or near expiry
Reporting a replacement
Send us the following on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery:
•Order ID
•Clear images or videos of the issue and external packaging
Our team will review and confirm replacement within 48 hours.
3. Replacement Process
•Approved replacements will be shipped within 5–7 working days
•If out of stock, you will receive the replacement when available or a credit note of equal value
4. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours
Delivery happens within 3–7 business days, depending on location.
